A Tale of a Tub is located in the former bathhouse at the heart of the monumental Justus van Effencomplex in Rotterdam. The complex dates back to 1922 and was designed by the Dutch architect Michiel Brinkman.
The Justus van Effencomplex is a national monument and a true architectural icon. The renovation of the complex was recently rewarded the World Monuments Fund/Knoll Modernism Prize, handed out at the M0MA in New York. Nowadays the bathhouse acts as an exhibition space.
This characteristic and creative location is highly suitable for hosting workshops, readings, various courses, teambuilding events and audio-visual presentations. A Tale of a Tub consists of a ground floor and a mezzanine with a total size of about 85m2. This intimate space lends itself well for the company of up to a maximum of 60 people.Architecture-meets-Art Tour
